The Original Turbulence Training

Before I got a copy of Craig Ballantyne’s Turbulence Training I’d tried so many workouts.  I was looking for something that would build muscle while losing fat, and nothing seemed to work. Over many years, I’d either lose weight but still look skinny and unhealthy, or I’d bulk up muscle and still look fat (you know, the yo-yo effect).

 I blamed my metabolism, thinking that effective workouts were just outside of what my body was capable of. I thought I was  old, or that I just didn't have enough time to do the work that would make the difference.  But that was before I tried Turbulence Training.

I’ll be honest, I sometimes cheat a little at the weekends, but I still get great results. I find that the program gives me the freedom to be flexible when I choose, which is fantastic.
